I have use hires. I tuned upscale 2X by SwimIR 4X, de-noise 0.1. Still can't improve the eyes problem. Can you suggest more? Anyway, thanks your works.

yes the problem is that they are instagram images, so the problem with the eyes is that and is best to use inpaint to improved the eyes
