As this is a textual inversion, it entirely depends on your model to create tron-like scenes. Adding things like sci-fi, cyberpunk, glowing clothes, skintight and so on might help.

Depending on the model, it might get stuck trying to do grayscale pictures, add negative prompts like monochrome, grayscale, black and white photo to it.

If you model hasn't seen anything from tron, it still might work. At the very least you should get similar lighting and glowing details.
