Thats not low poly, thats a reasonable poly count for modern games. These just look like models that dont have smooth normal maps and instead use the normals of each face
Cool story, do you have a name for the style, or is just making sure others know they're wrong all you intended? Low poly is a good name for the style as it's what comes up when you google it.

@HoleDozer45 I can't see Normals fixing this so yeah Low Poly do you even know what is considered low poll on Modeler Resource?! Look at Lloyd Irving from Tales of Symphonia, or Glitch from Metal Arms. These are low poly.
