This is a LoRA (XL) for creating KEEPER OF BALANCE.

The Keeper of Balance is a strange otherworldly neutral being which wanders the planes, seeking places of past or current conflict. When they find such a place, they create pillars of Radiance and Necrosis as they slowly move about, casting grey smoky, shadows upon whatever realm they enter.
