La Muerte from the movie The book of Life. Pony version looks and works better for me. U have to lower weight and use neg to get rid of the hat in SD1.5. If there is demand i try to do it better.

Hey thx! No, not for now. Ive made maria and la muerte. If they get some downloads i consider it. I write it down and look at it. But i cant promise
ey could you share what process you used for the lora creation? , if i am correct you used Kohya_ss? and how many images did you use to train with?
@GradeMADE Ola, yes i use Kohya_ss. Around 30-40 pics. minimun 20. but that is my own disorder when i was making lora for 1.5 i liked to use more pics so it has more to learn. im sure most use around 15 - 25 pics. pony learns very good compared to 1.5. i cant say its the right way to make it but my order is:
1. collect images, only good to very good images, pony need less images so scrap the bad and blurry ones
2. edit and scale to over 512 px best around 1024 px. max 1024 px.
3. make tag files and edit all manuel
4. for pony i do around 500 steps for a char with one outfit. mostly 1 epoch, i like to do more reps 23_Charname etc.
5. try out, if to strong or weak, make new with slightly more or less steps

Curious question. Did you use movie screencap screenshot for the training?
Around 60% screenshots and 40% Promo and fanart
@Bloodysunkist the lora cannot seem to mimic the official style, like in move screencap. Would you consider re-training the lora by tagging all in-move screenshot pics to have "Screencap"?
@koopa990 no. the char itself is fine for me. and im doing nothing atm ;)
