V2 is a lot more consistent. Use trigger word "suri" as you would with other characters.
Suirano style bleeds in a little because it's mostly author images.
With suirano style you probably want to use lower weights so im attaching XY plot.
With other styles use at normal strength.

for a first lora this aint bad at all, it gets pretty close to suri and im impressed. I’d say just train more images and give it more steps/epochs (like around 30-35 epochs, not sure how much u can do in civitai), ive tried to train lora’s before using a separate ui (kohya gui), and ive kept hitting errors. I’d also say to use “dragon” instead of “demon” and “lizard” as thats the species suri is. just trying to help of course :3
Ive tried training on civitai but it's too expensive and there is too few parameters. So now I'm baking my legs on video card with kohya_ss.
Actually "demon and lizard" was not used in training, i just assumed that was tags for it. I may try training with more epochs but it looks to me like it will just overfit.
I will try to train 10 epochs on top this one.

needing like 500 buzz to train a lora here is nuts 😭😭 i aint payin money just to see some porn lol
@OnyxMeow it's a lot more than 500, 500 is for minimal settings. When i started on seii style i tried to up amount of epochs on civitai and it jumped to 1600 instanty so kohya it is.

bit more feedback if you dont mind of course... it seems to gen things very darkly for some reason, as in, the colors and lighting are very dark (like the brightness was turned down). I gen again and its back to normal, not a big deal im just confused lol
I saw this too but only with suirano style high weight. Probably training artifact.
Slapping another 10 epochs on top did nothing.
I will attempt with full captioning and small trigger word (i think it may help).

atp I think most improvement would come from just using more suri images, but tbh the lora’s fine as it is and it can always be tried again later when u got more experience so
@OnyxMeow I do not think i can find too many new images, I used 176 I believe.
New captioning and retraing paid off. Got version 2. Didn't see darkness artifact and works a lot better. I do not think that i can do much better atm.
Now I'm thinking that my style loras are not good enough because of captioning.
@Gebsfrom404 sounds good! I might try to train a lora on theycallthemcake’s pb bustyboy bunny when I can - if I can make that “returned non zero exit status 1” or whatever error to stop popping up when I try to tain.
