It was commissioned to be heavy on the anime artstyle. Maybe it's why you don't like it.
@Konan image comes blurry and frequently mutated, but it is not fatal. It is fixible by inpaint and controlnet
@ReNteN Try clip skip 2 and a negative prompt? Or possibly the right vae, it seems to work ok for me
