If "Julius Zimmerman" doesn't ring any bells you're probably safe to ignore this LoRA.
Julius Zimmerman was a prolific pinup artist, creating around 17,000 pinup images before his death in 2017. His art was pencil on paper and focused primarily on fictional pop icons - Velma, Jessica Rabbit, Helen Parr, etc.
This Lora was created with kohya_ss default settings on 186 pictures with tags from r34. A LoRA with a larger image set and better curated tags would work better, but it works surprisingly well. It also works fine with character LoRAs and understands Zimmerman's more popular characters by default - Velma, Jessica Rabbit, Elvira, and probably some others.
The trigger word is "julius_zimmerman". To force a colored image use "color, colored", to force greyscale use "black_and_white, monochrome". If you do not force one or the other you'll get partially colored images. Adding realism / photorealism tags will pull the sketch towards an illustration; mixing in realistic LoRAs does the same.
There are now two versions - one Lycoris and one LoRA. If you have the Lycoris plugin I'd go with that one.

I was wishing someone would do this. Can it do his shrinking/tinker bell stuff? If not I'll test it with the girls in jars lora. Seems like a perfect fit.
