adding "beard" in positive prompt helps if you want a male. Also the grading is reversed, so higher number is more male.
Made this because I saw someone had a bounty for it, so I thought maybe more people might be interested in something like this. It's seems to work very well in my short testing, strength depends on situation so feel free to experiment with it.
Might work with furry too, but I have not tested.

Gotta ask. By gender, do you mean sex?
Meaning that what we're seeing is the biological change, from male to female or is the Lora made in such a way that it shows the gender switch but keeps the biological core? Such as creating futas?

It is designed to go from female to male, but you can use it to make futa / trans. just add penis and testicles to positive. Add negatives if needed.
