In the style of zombies, OR zombie make-up. Clearly the later. To do this properly would be hard. One would need photo-realistic training images that are NOT make-up, but viable forms of bodily decay!
This isn't often discussed, but some generative AI skills need training data to be created that mostly doesn't otherwise exist. This will inevitably happen in the future.
