This is the character Gundam Meister 874-hanayo, lora from the supplementary story of the mobilesuit Gundam 00F. This character is not the main character of TVA, but I made it because I liked the character design. However, it was quite difficult to get because it was a supplementary story character and there were very few color image materials. So please understand in advance that the quality may be low.

What kind of tags does this want?
IMO, it's the lack of full body and back shots that hurt manga characters more than the lack of color since SD is more learning off line edges than colors. PDXL seems perfectly capable of filling in color by just being told and having a few color images.

as you said, SD 1.5 often comes out properly with a lot of training images or else the color comes out weird, so a lot of people use PDXL these days.
