ADetailer is recommended for the hands and face. The wings are not very consistent. If you care about the crystal colors being exact, you'll need to do some inpainting. Maybe try combining it with another Flandre Lora? I'm too lazy to try it myself.

This came out surprisingly well given the limited nature of the available training data. It doesn't get all the details right, but it usually comes close enough I think.
