I think you're confusing the terms "face sitting" and "sitting on another's lap, facing each other"?
"Face sitting" is when somebody, well, sits on another person's face 😜

English isn't my first language either. I can't think of a shorter way of specifying the facing lap sitting pose, but I think "Lap Sitting | Reverse Lap Sitting" is a good compromise.
Also, "Straddling", since in the facing position, the sitter has the partner in-between her legs. That sort of depends on the position of the legs 🤷♀️
