Infinite hair length control with this slider, can make more or less any length. Minimal picture impact unless you drastically adjust weight.

    Works Perfectly SDXL as well.

    Hope you enjoy!

As always any feedback and submitted images are welcome, thanks :)

I think the values are wrong. Negativ values are longer Hair. Positiv is short hair

Really great LORA but would like to Note:

    - NEGATIVE values equals Longer Hair, Positive value will make hair shorter

    - This also controls the lighting in your scene, higher/lower value will severely affect the lighting so you need to probably add Light prompts or remove the darkening in neg-prompt. Still working on this so I cant confirm anything

-4 should be the "Longest" you should go before the scene gets real dark/dim.

Thank you! (I was at -5 and like it won't get shorter! Yes I'm an idiot lol)

It is indeed the opposite.I also confirmed that it gets darker.

@tinkertime612 no, you're not because the info tells you it's the opposite! I was giving up then thought I'd see what a skin head looked like and got really long hair!

Love the ease of use for this slider. Is it possible for shorter lengths to have less impact on images? I've found once this lora is in the +4 range, which is where hair gets a little shorter than a bob cut, it starts to drastically change the image. Keep up the great work!

Hey, I think if I made one from bald to short hair that would help so that the change is not so drastic. Let me try and get one done :)

anyone else getting swings in contrats/ brightness at either end of the scale ?

Yes. It is a great idea, but I found weird effects on contrast if you go too far front the mid setting.

Yeah, unfortunately this has two major issues. One, if you go above 2 or below -2 it radically changes the brightness/contrast of the image. To where it is effectively unusable. And it is also backwards, the lower the number the longer the hair. If at least the brightness/contrast problem could be addressed, it would be a nice Lora.
