Redid it. I cleaned up the original dataset images and added 3d model images. It still creates monstrosities, but should be better results than before. The trick is, the stronger weight your character action is, the more it'll depict a human. You want to find a good balance between action weight and Peroro LoRA weight. See gallery for examples.

作り直しました。前のデータセットを綺麗にして、3dモデルの参考も追加しました。まだ化け物がよく出てくるが、前より良い結果が出るはずです。コツは、キャラのアクションのウエイトが強くなると、人間が出る可能性がもっと高くなります。キャラのアクションとペロロのLoRAウエイトの良いバランスを狙いたいところですね。ギャラリーでいろんなサンプルが見れます。

I made this for fun. Failed many times, but somehow got it working in the end.

Trained on 20 images taken from around the net and cleaned up manually.

参考の絵はネットから20枚のイメージを借りました。手で綺麗にしました。

Important (重要点）:

I think it still works without the trigger word. 起動タグ使わなくてもおｋだと思います。

Weights seem to work well at 0.7-1.0.　ウエイトは0.7-1.0で良さそうです。

Seems to produce better results at smaller image size, eg. stay below 768x768.

小さいイメージサイズのほうが良い結果になると思います。例：768x768以下

Also try different CFG Scale values. Sometimes fixes problems.

CFGスケールを弄ったら、たまに変な問題が解決になります。

Use with these prompts to increase success rate （成功率上がるタグ）:

• no humans

• animal

• bird or fat bird or fat white bird or obese bird

Try wings in negative prompt if it makes too many wings.

翼が多い場合、wingsをネガティブタグとして書いたら治れるかも。

Problems（問題点）:

• I couldn't get long tongue to work. 長い舌はうまくできませんした。

• Hair sometimes doesn't appear. 髪はたまに出てこないです。

• Sometimes becomes a grotesque mess. たまにグロい塊になります。
