There are LORAs for SD1.5 and SDXL for this, I've just made one using Pony XL. My Illustrious/NAI version are pinned down below
Train on about 50 pictures (both realistic gay porn and yaoi pictures), it might result in weird dicks. You can fix it with another Penis LORA or Penis Detailer to get the finer result.
