Single costume accessories are somewhat RNG, but you should get it nine out of ten images as long as you aren't touching up the legs and arms too much.

Some of the clothing tags like the single pantyhose and the arm... sleeve? Wrap? Arm pantyhose? It was me trying to figure out what kind of clothing she's wearing, took me 3 hours of googling and digging up Danbooru, the closest I cound find is a character named Osaragi from Sakamoto Days with some related (though a bit conflicting) tags, which are see-through sleeves, lace sleeves, patterned clothing, floral print. It was helpful, but it wasn't a groundbreaking discovery.

There is also ribbon wrap on top of her sleeve which just makes it nearly impossible, since there are no specific word for the type of ribbon wrap that looks like hers, despite its style being very common. Then I remember something that may come in help - Koikatsu.

After testing for more, I came to the conclusion it would be better to retrain another model. Now I got the model from Koikatsu and... it was not great. The face is deformed and most of the clothings aren't right. But the hardest part is learning how to use the game and customize it the way you want it, there were a lot of trials and errors. Scrouging the internet looking for clothing mods, accessories, you get the idea.

However, because her clothing style is so uncommon, I have to do something else. Then I discovered Alpha Mask, which is a modded function that allows you to crop part of a clothing item based on a color board. So I cropped a pantyhose for her single legging, and a bodysuit for her single arm. One thing left was her black ascot, which I improvised using two of the same accessories item and pile them on top of each other. There are actual ascot in the game already, though those come with a collar and Alpha Mask don't work with them.
