@TNP119 I'm preparing the data set. Question: for the dataset is good a face but the upper part of hairs are out of frame? Second question: I have frames with the subject but also other people at distance, must I cut them off?
@settima_ai As long as the majority of their head is in frame, it should be good. It's preferred that other people are not in frame so they don't show up in generations.
@TNP119 Question n.3: the dataset images must be cropped and scaled to be all the same resolution X * Y?
@settima_ai Try to have the dimensions at least 768, but if you can't, I can have it trained at resolution 512. Cropping's up to you but I usually let the LoRA trainer Colab handle that.
I have a perfect person in my mind to put together with this Lora, but I am afraid that posting it would shut the entire discussions for this Lora.. politics =/
