I cannot achieve this level of of perfection when I train a lycoris, are you willing to share your kohya json config ?

please can you show how you extract lora/lycoris, I cant get the script to run, I tried with kohya gui but the trigger word doesn't work, i tried zwx as trigger i used shivam rao colab to train on base SD1.5model then tried to extract the lora/lycoris

Its good, But I have tried multiple checkpoints and I always seem to get some crap on her face below the eyes, maybe training data with Glasses or makeup? found it very hard to generate a clean face
no glasses, typical makeup (nothing fancy), 2-3 photos with hair partially covering her eye(s) and one where she looks like she had a tear, so maybe that is that
but I would appreciate it if you could send some examples
@malcolmrey makes some of the best character lycoris ive tried, im too smooth brained to understand the difference between loras and lycoris yet but lycoris always seem produce superior results too

if you are searching for the BEST quality, you can always take a look at my Famous People section where I upload original Dreambooths; they are bigger in size but a bit better too :)

@malcolmrey sorry if you have time, Im getting a weird behaviour where the images look much less like the subject if i dont include their real name? I cant explain it but i tested using just the real name without the lora, and then with the lora without the 'sks woman' trigger and the results were much better, but if i removed the real name and just used 'sks woman', the results were worse again, suggesting the real name is actually another trigger for the lycoris? If it wasnt i wouldnt expect the results to be better than the base model if the lycoris isnt triggered, i can provide an example
@eye_am_bored This is a very old comment, I'm pretty sure you've already found your answers but if not
adding lycoris to the mix already changes the base model, even though I'm using regularization class images there is some bleeding into the woman class, this is fine for the person we train using the token but not for all other people
so the sks token hits the target with the nail, but even without it there are some side-effects that may affect all others
Any of your models generate a generic sks woman, is there something required to make yours work? other Loras and Lycoris models work, but yours are not producing anything.
this is weird, are you clickking them through your A1111 lora/lycoris selector? (instead of copy pasting the prompt from me? i still use the old way so my lycoris are loaded as <lora and not <lyco
@malcolmrey Howdy, I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I am using up to date a1111 and placing the .safetensor into the LoRA folder, but it doesn't generate the correct images. I tried installing the depreciated locon extension but my cmd is saying that it isn't needed and that I can just put those files into models/lora.

Have you tried more than one model? Sometimes the download fails (happened to some people).
