Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon (better known as Ciri), was the sole princess of Cintra, the daughter of Pavetta and Emhyr var Emreis.
Trained on Pony checkpoint using 28 pictures, only from screenshots I took in-game.

As a bonus I tried adding the dress she wears (with hate on her face) in a painting in Emhyr's castle, didn't work great it's mostly just a dress, not THE dress, but you can try with:
dress, puffy sleeves, puffy long sleeves, juliet sleeves, bow, frills, hair ornament, hair flower, annoyed
