It's what it says on the tin, [teduka osamu] Artist Style for PonyXL.

This one seems a bit harder to play with, generic prompting with 1girl and the lora active doesn't seem to immediately generate the style, it may have something to do with the data-set having more male characters than female. I suggest looking inside the Lora on whatever stable diffusion fork you use and experiment with environmental or other tags prominent in the set as it seems to help in this Lora's case.
