I've had good luck mixing versions 5 and 1, especially with AutismMix.

First attempt at a SabuArt Lora. I like his black and white art, so that might come through more than the others.

the prompts SabuArt and monochrome, might result in better output.

With version 5 I experimented with cropping images a little to make them less 'noisy' I did this hoping to get better eyes, but it doesn't seem to have worked totally :/ I hope it's still an improvement overall.
