Swimsuit avenger 3rd ascension can work normally with "detached collar, strap, topless, blue fire, convenient censoring" as tags for the costume, but you may need to add "navel"+"midriff" or "nude" depending on the situation.

3rd ascension is a pain in the ass to get, you can try either "gold bikini" "pasties" or "revealing clothes" for a varied assort of results, "pasties" work but the flower things on her chest are small, "gold bikini" also works but it gives it strings, "revealing clothes" may work as well but in this last case you need to add "pelvic curtain""dress" on negative prompt.
