use
pip install spandrelThen move folders ("spandrel" and "spandrel-0.x.x.dist-info") into \ComfyUI_windows_portable\python_embeded\Lib\site-packages.
you can found them at c:\users\yourusername\appdata\local\packages\pythonsoftwarefoundation.python.3.12_qbz5n2kfra8p0\localcache\local-packages\python312\site-packages
