I have been using a weight of ~1 for my pictures.

Try adding: 1980s \(style\), retro artstyle, to give your picture more of a cartoony feeling.

Yeah, she really needs her default outfit, or at least her scarf and hairband, otherwise she looks like a generic anime girl.
