So, the thing where it is weirdly wrinkled isn't that great. So I looked this up on google for better results, so if you want to use those images for training, look up "tight leggings riding up pictures nice ass" and I think it'll help. Hope this critique isn't considered rude.

This type of style got started with yoga pants (google it) and yoga pants are designed to be very stretchable for the various positions but form fitting so they tend to be tight

Nobody from my generation did. But we were taught to play hard to get and leave a lot to the imagination. But girls today are at least drawn/genned doing everything we were told never to do if we ever wanted to interest a man.
@EDG Don't say the "L" word. 🤬 client has me trying to make letterforms out of piles of those shoes all day. SD will use 2 or 3 at most. And those are shockingly normal! It's the shoes with at least 4" platform added on that are ridiculous. Check out the shoes on the DAZ site. It seems those guys are not happy unless a woman's foot is bent at right angle, or less. Silly me asked how a girl could walk in those. They claim they love them because she clomps around awkwardly and it makes her boobs jiggle. And she can't run away from you and is easy to knock over. 🙄
It's mostly a stylistic choice. Kinda like how they will draw clothes so tight that it shows the navel even though that isn't physically possible, make it so anime girls never have body hair or are ever seen having to shave or wax, will have a girl walking through the snow waist deep in it wearing a mini skirt and all the other girl characters suggesting wearing "warmer panties" for the winter time. It;s basically a dumb and unrealistic thing anime does. I love ecchi, but when I make my own in the future, everyone will wear pants in the winter because I hate the idea of my girls freezing outside just because "leg sexy".
Also, I guarantee you these aren't comfortable, but sometimes people wear things like this to get attention. It is what it is. I won't shame them for it, but I'm not all that into it.
