(SD 1.5) Bleach Bypass - Movie Style Filter FX

Generate images with a "Movie Style" filter effect, also known as "Bleach Bypass" (LUT).

    • Use "bl34chp4ss" as a prompt word.

    • For best results try Lora Strength of 0.7-1

    • DPMPP_2S_Ancestral + Karras gives good results

    • CFG = 5.5 / Steps = 30

    • realisticVision seems to be a good checkpoint.

    • See examples pictures

    Pro tip:

For those that use "Dynamic Prompts" make sure to add the "__" identifier after the Lora prompt:

Example: <lora:*****:1>__somewildcard (where ***** is the name of the Lora)

So this Lora conflicts with Dynamic Prompts because the double underscore in the model name triggers the extension to look for a wildcard. It will function but it makes using wildcards with this Lora messy.

Hi there, thank you for your comment!

Didn't know that using double underscores in a file name messes with this 'Dynamic Prompt" thingy.

I assume that if I rename and reupload the Lora to not use double underscores it wouldnt cause issuss?

Please confirm and I'll remove all double underscores for my uploaded Loras.

@JonXL Renaming the file won't have an effect because the output name was baked into the Lora. i.e. the ss_output_name property in the inspector. So even if the file name is different, it will appear the same in the prompt.

The issue can be bypassed if a person puts double underscores after the Lora tag like so:

    <lora:Art_Of_War-sd15-v1a-0__4rt_0f_w4r:1>__

For people using Dynamic Prompts, that will make the prompt neat again for the extension to read. I don't know if I'd go as far as reuploading the Loras, but I would suggest putting a notice in the descriptions of your already uploaded ones about the workaround for people trying to use wildcards.

@starlightprincess Thank you very much for your explanation and suggestion, it is much appreciated!

I will then update the Lora pages with your recommendation template for use with Dynamic Prompts.
