This is something I have been chasing for a while. Multiple characters from separate LoRAs interacting with each other. There are many regional conditioning solutions available, but as soon as you try to add LoRA data to the conditioning channels, the LoRA data seems to overrun the whole generation.
A8R8 just released a clean regional prompting solution - https://github.com/ramyma/A8R8_ComfyUI_nodes
If you blend that with ADE_RegisterLoraHook and ADE_ConditioningSetMaskAndCombine nodes, it is possible to have the LoRA constrained to its section of the generation.

Its really nice but it also reeaaally slows down the creation of images. Do you have any idea why or how to get around this?
Gotta double-dip on the praise. Great workflow! I was able to implement it very easily into a recent bounty post.
When you upload a workflow, are you not allowed to just zip your custom nodes into it and include those, so long as you give cred to the creators? I got 2 comfy installs, and the custom nodes folders for both combined are like, under 4gb.
It's just frustrating, cuz I've finally decided to check out these workflows I downloaded some time back in an effort to maximize the efficiency of my own workflow, but almost every one I load has missing nodes.
I get that comfy manager is a thing, and call me paranoid, but I prefer not to just sit back and let that extension ram everything into my PC through the back door.
If I didn't want transparency to what I was downloading/running, I woulda stuck with SD next, and Windows instead of Linux.
Corporations just have way too much power, and no accountability these days, so it's hard to trust anything anymore.

Same for me... i manage to fixed, you need to install a missing dependency of python, sorry i dont remember exactly the name of the dependency, if you see the logs wen you try to start the service, you will see it (you can just copy and paste the error on chatpt and will guide you :) )
@LordGrande We both looking for a good regional prompting workflow huh? lol Yeah it broke my comfy but i tried hard and couldn't fix it, had to reinstall...
Thanks for the heads up. I DL'd a workflow a few months ago that blew up my Comfy install, wrecking my sage attention/triton parts.
