I played with this lora for a bit, and here's a tip. The strap-on itself is subdivided into "strap-on" (the harness) and "dildo". You can customize the dildo. Size-related adjectives like gigantic are better attached to the strap-on. If they are attached to dildo then you will get a standalone dildo that merges with the strap-on dildo. You can customize the color of the dildo; for example if you use "translucent" you will get a transparent dildo. And you can customize the shape. Danbooru tags include "horse_dildo", "dog_dildo" (but you can also use "knotted_dildo" for better effect), and "dragon_dildo" (this one gives random results). If you want bumps, there is "spiked_dildo", but you are better off with a warts dildo lora. You can also use "flaccid" to make the dildo point downward.
