Hi, brother. Having read your description, I downloaded my LoRA from Civitai and placed it in the web UI, and it works just fine. Without seeing your specific parameters or the web UI interface, I can only roughly guess that the problems might be as follows:
1. You may be using the wrong name when attempting to utilize it.
2. The Checkpoint you're using might not be compatible; this LoRA is for the pony version.
