SD 3.5: No idea what I am doing with sd 3.5 yet so consider this a beta. You probably shouldn't use this one yet.
The results are okayish but could maybe be improved with a better workflow or settings.
Pony: There are two versions available, Base Pony and Pony Realism.
Pony Realism is trained on Pony Realism and would give best results on realistic models.
The second version is trained on vanilla Pony and is not as accurate but works on all pony models.

Trained Pony Realism
Use this for realistic pony model like Pony Realism, everclear and zonky.
I found the most realistic results are with DPM++ 2S a Karras though most samplers such would give good enough results.

I have version trained on base pony which I wasn't very happy with, I can give it a few more tests to see if its release worthy. I'll admit I mostly tested this one with other realistic models which it did dine with. Out of curiosity did you test it with base pony and less realistic variants?
@JaneB I did, it doesn't trigger properly,it gives a full anime girl instead of anything resembling taylor. Try steps count sbetween 1500 to 3000ish, pony works and it keeps the resemblance (check my account for proof, my loras) but it needs a bit more training than other checkpoints usually
@JaneB also i recommend you add to the entire dataset "Tayswft woman," or something as trigger word, that actually helps, worded like that, random word + woman and then the comma
@Malessar You are right, I totally forgot to add the trigger word to the model. it's "taySwift"
@Malessar Had some bad luck with loras getting too fried at above 2k steps, have a version of the pony realism at 2.5k steps which was a tiny bit more accurate but less responsive to the prompt so I thought people would prefer the flexibility.
@JaneB what optimizer aer you using? and the problem is pony realism only works for pony realism, training in base pony allows you to use it on anime mixes, realistic mixes (to an extent) and autism, plus pony itself, it's more flexible by its nature
@Malessar Using prodigy, it does well on zonky and everclear but I guess those make sense because they are skewed for realistic results. Base pony just didn't give me good enough results for this lora. I'm doing another run with 4k steps on base, i'll see if one of the epochs will give me good enough results.
