Generate people that aren't quite people but aren't quite animals either! Pony can sometimes go overboard when using the term "anthro" or "furry" when you're just looking for something in-between. This is my first attempt at making a transition LoRA. It can help make some parts animal-like or can dial back a "anthro". I'm likely going to keep working on this one to try and get better and less style-influencing results.
Usage
To use, a weight of 0.5-1.2 seems to work well. Add in the trigger word "transformation". Then add in parts you want transformed, ex: "harpy feet", "dog hands", "cat face". For faces, add in "anthro face" + "ANIMAL face" for whichever face you're going for.
When targeting parts, increasing the weight of the LoRA will likely increase the animal aspects. When targeting "anthro" or "anthro face", the weight of the LoRA will generally keep the subject looking more human.
This has been trained (to varying degrees) on
bee, cat, cow, dog, dragon, elephant, frog, harpy, horse, hyena, lizard, octopus, pig, plant, rabbit, raccoon, snake, succubus, wolf
Other random concepts (may or may not work)
webbed feet, shoeburst, horns, mermaid, bubble toes, vaporeon

One of the best contributions so far when it comes to these types of generations.
Weirdly, I just came across Snout Mix earlier! Similar vibe, but only 1.5...
I'm assuming you'll post more demos at some point? x
hope to have more slime girl, absorption, assimilation, transformation stuff
more examples please
Gonna enjoy working with this.
Very cool! I can't wait to see where this goes.
Your models are always cool. Thank you for making those. Its fascinating
Is there any way to get this to work in Draw Things?
