@psoft btw, i want to use this lora but i also want the whole male and the face to be visible but most of the time it just cuts it off, any tips?
@Sonziggy much of the data was with the head out of the frame so it's harder to get that effect, but still possible. But you can try describing male features, or adding tags like "looking at another". or maybe adding "head out of frame" in the negative. It might also help to use taller aspect ratios

i like it but is there any way to consitently make it so that the female characters arms and hands are visible?
the principle with SD is that should prompt with tags what you want visible in the image. potentially, for your purpose, you could describe hands/arms or actions with hands/arms.
