You'll have to edit some images in photoshop for that. I manage to do that for a "cross-eyed" concept by editing numerous close-up shot & cowboy shot manually before then use them as training data.

Or alternativelly, you could make the ruff skirt using paper then wear it yourself & take some pictures in various pose.
