This is a retrained model using the same dataset that created my Dark Disciple lora.

I trained it using SDXL as a base model. This lora aims to replicate the art style from the 2002 turn based strategy game Disciples II Dark Prophecy. The lora was trained on about 89 images ranging from concept art, unit portraits, and concept drawings which can be found in the extras of the game files if you purchase the game from GOG or Steam.

I have tested the lora with various SDXL Models and achieved some good results.

This lora is the 10th epoch of the lora output. As is the case with the 1.5 version, the result can be pretty strong so you may need to adjust the weight if necessary (Depending on the specific model). In Mage Space this is easy to do with Lora scales. A lora weight of 2.0 is pretty strong and when used with a photoreal model will tend to flatten it and make it more illustrative. 1.0 is usually ok, but you can go down to .4 or so and get a decent balance. With Dhalia XL for example you can get decent results even with the lora weight as low as .2.

Given that this is an XL version using the same captioned dataset, the prompts and triggers are the same though you may need to add or subtract depending on the model you are using. Also I recommend enabling freeu with default settings for SDXL. It's not necessary but it can make for a better image.

The Disciples 2, trigger word I am not even sure if it's necessary as the lora seems like it applies even without it. Some models definitely work better than others.

The model is more noticeable on SDXL models that already are tailored towards 2D art/anime. But it still can work well on more realistic models
