Just Character Name and Go!... sometimes you need hair color or eye color xD
This is an experimental lora i'm testing, just sharing how i'm doing it and to see if anyone would want it
-this lora is trained on 1560 AI hand-picked generated images to "lock" the pose and background and narrow down the learning
-the dataset only has 5 tags notepad witch only includes the chara name at first with keep token 1 with shuffle, (no color tags are used)
-dims are at 160-48 (to only have 50% of style bleed per char prompt)
-LR is increased 5 times the default (i'm on a 3050 rtx, can't train for too much time and it looked stable)
-anything that isnt the character is removed with block weight merge making the blocks empty and filled with any model you would use
-10 images at 1 repeat and 50 epochs, more info in the lora metadata and tag use
-tested with gamma 7 setting and looked better

just like any other, i didnt want to switch loras everytime and reuse random trigger words so i just went ahead and experimented with a lora that only needed the char name as a trigger word, took some days of playing with a dataset and trial and error, and you don't really need to use AI gen images, normal art with the same method would work, but normal art itself that fits criteria is hard to find (just an empty chara image with no hands/feet visible)
i only trained for my model first (glittering rabbit) and got asked to make a NAI train later to test too, do tell me if there's other base models i should train too, could take a few days to make it tho
the idea of this lora can be expanded, i can add more chars and would be the same, i just don't have the patience to make a 500 chara lora as initial posting
-current problems, not having correct hair color sometimes and has to be prompted, 10 chars dataset have to be redone, random eyebrows to be removed-

this is probably my last update on this experiment, i found many things and settings i learned and i think i would need to start from scratch with the idea for 1.5, tho i'm having fun with many XL models that can do most chars already so might not want to make it XD (illust xl) until there's something big for 1.5, the settings i used are on the lora metadata if anyone wants to build upon the idea, i used AI images to understand the "learning" part itself of loras better, now i know xD thanks for downloading, they're cute chars indeed xD
