I am guessing the same as the other loras. Put it in your lora folder, then use the embeddings->lora tab to add it to your prompt, put the weight to maybe 0.7 and boom

@Gatonoied you probably got it working, but i used this <lora:detailed_eye-10:x> and it worked, or i didn't get an error saying it couldn't find the lora. x is your chosen number

🎯 Beautiful Detailed Eyes LoRA for any model/style. For best results, use Weight 0.9 for LoRa option and CFG Scale 10. Put "EasyNegative_v2" (without quotes) as the first negative prompts to lower/avoid bad results.
