First of all this is not a trained model but a merge of https://civarchive.com/models/120765/sdxlnijiv6, , by https://civarchive.com/user/Stan_Katayama which is a perfectly good model by itself, But I often use a bunch of Loras and @alexds9 (https://civarchive.com/user/alexds9) was so kind to show me a way to merge my loras in to a model, maybe he will do a review on the workflow otherwise I will do one later on, anyway here are the excellent loras:

Does this need a vae? And if yes which vae? (i'm new to flux)
the VAEFlux.sft AKA AE.sft, basically the one that comes with the original Flux model. If you work with ComfyUI, just drag one of my images in to your workspace, you will get a complete workflow with each node referencing to what you need, (If you don't have it you can download it from CivitAI or Huggingface)
Also be carefull this model has the clipL and Clipt embedded meaning you can put this one in your regular models directory, the mdels that do not have this go in to your Unet folder and the workflow is a bit different
@serget2 i don't use ComfyUI i use forge and i was using this vae https://civitai.com/models/619150 since Forge doesn't understand sft but i was getting errors (the entire image completely gray/blue) so i had to stop using vae. Thanks for the info regardless.
@jefice8795938 Yeah maybe a bit too much, TLDR the AE.sft that came with the original flux
