Update 19.06.2026. Lustify V9 (Zenith) IS OUT!
This is the absolute final version of Lustify built on the SDXL architecture. You can find the full changelog and a breakdown of the new features there. <----------
Recommended Workflow.
Alternative Access & Support: Outside of CivitAI's Early Access, you can get the model via my Boosty.
Just like last time, after the early access ends, there will be a 1-week period where the model is available for "on-site generation only." After that, it will become available for everyone to download.
Alternatively, you can make a direct Bitcoin (BTC) donation, just make sure to DM me after that: 1CoMZvrXtRXbz7BCzdvxifSjHqhaf1yUZs
LUSTIFY
Lustify is a photoreal checkpoint optimized for creating high-quality imagery of women in explicit/sexual scenarios. The model has been trained on a hybrid dataset, meaning it natively understands both Danbooru tags and natural language prompting.
Note: While it has a strong NSFW bias, if you guide it properly, it is fully capable of generating stunning SFW photography, objects, animals, and fantasy environments.
Crucial Points Before You Download:
NOT Pony or Illustrious-Based: This is a standard SDXL checkpoint. Do not use Pony/Illustrious LoRAs with it; they will not work correctly.
Distant Shots & Anatomy Limitations: Like 99% of SDXL models, distant shots can sometimes suffer from distorted faces or hands. This is an inherent limitation of the base technology (4 channel VAE), not the finetune. It is incredibly easy to fix using Inpainting or ADetailer. Please utilize these tools rather than reporting this as a bug.
Experimental Nature: My training workflow involves a lot of unconventional, high-risk experimentation. Because of this, some prompt combinations that worked perfectly on other checkpoints might behave differently here. If you encounter unexpected behavior, feel free to give feedback so I can look into it.
Recomended parameters:
Sampler: DPM++ 2M SDE/DPM++ 3M SDE,
Scheduler: Exponential/Karras
Steps: 30
Cfg: 2.5-4.5.
Highres.fix: upscale by 1.4-1.5, denoising ~0.4
For the distant shots of people you probably wanna use highres.fix and/or adetailer.
Also, use reasonable positive/negative prompts, shizoprompting does more harm than good (with any SDXL model).
Some tags that have a big visual impact with this model:
Camera type tags: "shot on Polaroid SX-70", "shot on Kodak Funsaver", "shot on GoPro Hero", "shot on Canon EOS 5D", "shot on Leica T".
Photography styles: "analog photo", "glamour photography", "street fashion photography", "candid photo", "amateur photo".
Lighting types: "cinematic lighting", "neon lighting", "soft lighting", "dramatic lighting", "low key lighting", "bright flash photography", "warm golden hour lighting", "radiant god rays".
Film types: "Ilford HP5 Plus", "Lomochrome color film", "Fujicolor Pro".
Photographers: Alessio Albi, Martin Schoeller, Miles Aldridge, Oleg Oprisco, Tim Walker.
Others: "film grain", "bokeh", "dreamy haze", "technicolor", "underexposed", "low quality", "lowres"
Alternatively, you can give a read to this wonderful prompting guide by PromptGeek. It has A LOT of useful tips I didn't know about even after years of using SD.

Hells yes! v7 was amazing & I've been looking forward to this. Thanks for all your work. You've done a lot of heavy lifting for the SDXL scene.
Thank you for your kind words! I hope you'll like V8 even more than V7 (so far the feedback I'm getting is that it's really the best Lustify version yet, and I hope more people feel the same way)
Do you plan to use Z Imagen? You train the base, convert it to Turbo, and keep FP16 and (FP8 scaled), since it’s much more realistic than SDXL. I’ve been using Turbo FP8 scaled with LoRAs and you can achieve almost perfect results. It’s faster than an SDXL workflow that upscales. And, to avoid creating another dataset from scratch, with Qwen 3.5 unsensured you instruct the syntax of Z Imagen so it refactors the prompts, and you release the FP16 and (FP8 scaled) versions to the public to see what people think. Because if you can already do incredible things with SDXL, I can’t imagine with Z Imagen 😊
I actually already have my dataset prepared for that. I've tried training Klein 4b, but it's just awful and not really trainable (Sorry, Black Forest Labs, but it's just the truth).
I'm definitely eyeing Z-Image, and I'll pull the trigger if the V8 Early Access performs well. Z-Image is a whole different beast, and the compute costs for finetuning aren't exactly cheap with it.
@coyotte you should consider mentioning this on the top of the main page. If everyone knew the money was going towards you training the next gen model I bet you'd get more.
@WZ_Gen I did xD There's a line that says "Every donation goes to developing models and loras". But I've moved it even higher, thanks for the heads up
@coyotte doh! I'm a dummy
@coyotte lodestone came to similar conclusion and thats why abandoned their finetune of klein-4b kaleidoscope. Apparently the model showed fast initial descent and then just stalled.
@benshapiro679Â exactly my experience with it as well
this new version has just annihilated the need for other sdxl models for me O_O i feel like it even beats z-image with nsfw loras, and the girls are insanely pretty. how did you do that??? really nice work, got it from the post on the boosty page
It cool that you feel like my model keeps up with the newer architectures! Really pleased to hear that.
It sure beats any other models such as z image, flux etc etc. I keep saying it, Lustify SDXL is the best one out there. Not to mention it is easier on older cards and performance friendly because of the SDXL base.
The only unfortunate thing is that Boosty doesn't allow accounts based on E-Mail anymore. Would love to support, but I don't do crypto anymore.
@kunde2Â Man, I really wish I could use something besides Boosty. Unfortunately, most other platforms have me blocked just because of where I'm originally from, even though I've already relocated. I'm actively working on sorting this out, so hopefully I'll have better payment options up and running soon. I really appreciate the thought, though
Very nice, Lustify finally updated!!!
@coyotte how long it was trained?
It took me about a month for training alone. Before that there were dataset refinement, new image data collection, lots of tweaking of my settings and scripts, which took another month or 1.5.
V7 was great in general, i trained a lot of character loras for it and all of them came out great. Now the quality seems insane in V8, smart choice to train on 1536 resolution. Still beating the hell out of any other models such as z image, flux etc. SDXL Lustify is the way.
Careful now, if I make V9 any better, it might actually become sentient and start generating its own prompts, or even... Ahem...
Glad the 1536 res hit the spot!
@coyotte Wouldn't surprise me lol. Keep up to great works man.
Hey can you share your parameter to train lora on this model? thanks
@howmuchsize I just go with the default settings and only change resolution to 1024.
Fuck yes. The very best SDXL checkpoint gets an update! I was wondering if it would/could happen.
Ask and you shall receive! I poured so much of my soul into this version, I'm legally legally legally a ginger now
This is not sdxl, this is some kind of next gen black magic only Coyotte could pull off. A massive achievement in XL. Probably even more important than Endgame (which was a before and after in the scene at least on my book). If you're reading me, just buy the checkpoint. Please support Coyotte.
Thank you so much for the kind words and the support! I'm glad you are enjoying it, have fun!
V8 Apex, I am just massively blown away by the....the....how can I even describe how great this new model you've created is? I can't even find words!
Mission accomplished then! If you find the words, let me know - I need them for the marketing xD
hey im having trouble with the model, can u show ur workflow? im new to this
@Napkinooo I don’t use a workflow. I use this model in forge neo, and not comfyui sorry.
@coyotte How about words like high quality, very realistic, very easy to prompt and use. I have no complaints what so ever, and I honestly don’t even know how you could possibly top this in terms of overall quality and usability. Just amazing!
@Napkinooo hey, what kind of a problem do you have? You can DM me if that's more comfortable for you
@PixelQueen thank you!
I’ve spent the entire morning working with Apex V8, and honestly, I’m blown away.
In my opinion, Lustify is the best thing that has ever happened to SDXL. It’s great to see that there are still people pushing SDXL forward, because it remains the peak for NSFW generation, largely thanks to Coyotte and his work on Lustify.
With Apex V8, it did take some time to dial in the right prompts and settings. That said, Coyotte’s ComfyUI workflow is very solid, fairly complete, and surprisingly easy to set up once you get into it.
Apex V8 really surprised me again. There are things possible here that I simply haven’t been able to achieve with other SDXL models or even newer architectures. Think of details like transparent clothing, more advanced posing options, anilingus", "breast sucking", and that polished Instagram-model aesthetic that you often see in newer models.
At this point, I’m honestly hooked. I’ll be sharing a lot more images here soon.
If you’re still on the fence about picking this up in early access, don’t hesitate. It’s absolutely worth it. You’ll have a lot of fun with it and on top of that you’re supporting Coyotte, who is doing incredible work for the SDXL community.
Thanks for the massive shoutout! SDXL still has so much hidden potential, and Apex V8 is my way of proving it’s not going anywhere. Really appreciate you mentioning the workflow too
A while ago I read on your Discord server that you're starting over in a new country due to safety concerns. I initially bought this version just to support you, but it turns out the model is 200% worth the price. Amazing work, and stay safe!
Thank you so much! I appreciate that.
Lustify V8, this is amazing. From what I see you actually used REAL LIFE pictures, instead of AI generated dataset which every photorealistic models here look like it was training with AI dataset. For example in some models example when the character is in all fours looking behind to the camera you can clearly see that a faceswap was used haha;
How did you captioned all that? could you share your method of captioning, share models, workflow etc.. if your captioning helped the model have that quality... might as well make my little lora tests better
@coyotte
Everything (I mean like 75% of the material e.g. captions, images) gets revised manually. I fix and sort images, I fix captions.
The danbooru captions are created with "wd-eva02-large-tagger-v3" model.
The natural language captions are made with Gemini API (I wrote my own wrapper for it as none of the captioning GUIs have it implemented, I believe).
Hi! Thank you for your hard work,
there will be a v8 inpaint?
Yes, I will make one by the time it goes out of EA
@coyotte Thank you! :D
@coyotte That’s awesome. Thanks for confirming, I’m really looking forward to the V8 inpainting version.
it's up
Thank you so much for your work and for sharing your ComfyUI workflow (As a newb to AI image gen this is immensely helpful.)
This Lustify model is insane! Very mush my kind of aesthetic, follows prompts well and just plain insane quality in every way.
Haven't tried with many loras yet. Will be testing with this a lot more.
Thank you, hope you'll have a good time with it!
Greetings!
I just wanted to congratulate you on the release of Lustify V8 once again, you’ve done an amazing job. The improvements are very noticeable, and the model feels even more refined and powerful.
I’ve just started exploring the new features, and I’m really impressed with the additions. I’m excited to push this model further and create new and unique work with it soon.
Thank you for all the effort and dedication you’ve put into developing and improving this model. It truly shows.
I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next and to sharing more creations made with this model!
Best regards!
Thank you so much for the feedback and for the kind words!
I'm already working on V9 and preparing everything for Z-Image in parallel. Lots of new concepts in V9
@coyotte Wow you already working on V9?? Would love to still have the amateur style in it and some rimjob (girl rimming male), deepthroat, ball sucking concepts etc. A lot of NSFW models lack these including Lustify. Also wouldn't able to get good amateur look in V8. Compared to V7, it's not that good. Did you removed amateur photos in V8 by any chance?
@chrisss1 I didn’t remove them entirely, but I did dial them back quite a bit. Try using (amateur photo, film grain:1.2) to bring that look back. It will get you there. You could also try using my Leakcore LoRA, which was made specifically to bring back the "low quality grainy amateur" feel to V6 OLT.
The thing is, it's incredibly hard to make an SDXL model that excels at both raw amateur aesthetics and high-end studio quality without the need to crank up weights of tags. If you try to push both, it just averages out into this 'meh' middle ground that doesn't really work for either. Believe me, I've tried to crack it. The closest I got to good results in that regard is "Endgame".
Every update is a balancing act. People are always either saying "oh no, the amateur vibe is gone, this version sucks" or "oh no, the studio quality is ruined." It's an SDXL tradeoff that gets overlooked a lot.
Deepthroat is already being taken care of. As for the "girl rimming male" concept - I'm on the fence about including it yet. The main issue is finding high-quality training data; most of what's out there is just gorilla-looking hairy dudes with 5/10 women, which doesn't make for a great dataset.
@coyotte Yeah that's totally understandable, no worries man. We have V7 for it :) Also want to train new character at the moment but can't decide between V7 and V8. There would be difference in quality, accuracy etc in V8? like improved quality, likeness etc. If not then i will continue to train on V7.
@chrisss1Â As for training LoRAs, it should be roughly the same result, just with a higher fidelity
@chrisss1Â I'll try to find a way to balance the amateur and studio photos for V9 in a way, where the amateur style won't sacrifice the fidelity and details of the model (because most of the time it does so), and the studio style won't overpower the graininess and blurriness of "amateur style". But that might be an impossible task.
@coyotte Thank you! but you know the best and do whatever is good. I don't want you to ruin V9 just because you lowered the amateur photos in previous version. As for the girl rimming male pics. You can try pornpics. com, very good and high quality rimming and ball sucking photos there, if they are low resolution then you can upscale them. Glad to hear that results isn't changed when training loras because i liked V7. Gonna try V8 then and i'm pretty sure it would be more better in terms of quality and likeness.
@coyotte amateur style = degrading image quality. You can do that with a lora. IQ of 8.0 is mindblowing, please don't compromise that for a thing you can achieve with a lora or even better prompting. It makes no sense to me. Just my two cents.
sdxl never will be photoreal. It needs amateur style to cover the plastic look. I better want a model with real beauties.
@eljaytrayden844Â What an odd thing to say. SDXL is a realism based model. Amateur photos or not it will still be realistic. That "plastic" look you say is a generic AI look that all models have flux, z image, sd etc.
@chrisss1Â try sdxl 1.0 or some old model.
@kararrashon925Â I did tried it. All of this trained checkpoints in fact based on SDXL 1.0
@chrisss1Â And you found it realistic?
@arshankaidenn167Â Yes and better performance than garbage flux and z image models.
@chrisss1Â im stuck on xl, but for me zit seems have better realism out of box, than xl finetunes. But i cant confirm it.
my man, please consider the possibility of adding inpainting version. highly appreciated.
Yes, there will be one
That would be amazing! I use OLT Inpainting a lot, and I’m really excited for a new version.
@coyotte That’s great to hear. I’m really looking forward to it.
it's up @highlanderwuju @napsumfur225
@coyotte LEGEND!!!!!
nice quality images, less deformation, but very boring overall, almost no variation in renders. every image looks the same
Could you upload some examples of what you're seeing? I need to see the prompts and setup to understand where the issue you've faced is. Because even if you don't take my preview pics into the account, there are plenty of images from other users that show a healthy amount variety, so 'it all looks the same' doesn't really hold up.
So far, NONE of the people complaining have provided actual images, they just vanish the moment I ask them to do so :( So I can't take vague feedback seriously without seeing the results.
people think, models will render different faces magically. None of them prompt ever, what face would they like.
Ah, my days of checking this page for an update have finally paid off. Once again, a stellar release. I am personally struggling a bit with this one compared to previous versions; but it undoubtedly has much better prompt adherence, higher baseres capability, and a very nice creative flair. I've been able to generate legitimately amazing works of art by asking the model to make oil paintings and other paintings in various styles. I even prompted it for astrophotography; and it showed me some stunning images of a spiral galaxy nebula that honestly looked very very realistic. The real gem of this is your amazing workflow; I've used the previous version you released for V7 almost exclusively as my main workflow for every model in my library, and this new one features some great upgrades. I am getting some problems with the SEEDVR upscaling though; seems to add a lot of grainy-ness and some sort of weird skin-mottling effect on a lot of gens. Not too sure how to adjust the parameters on that one, I did adjust the shorter_edge setting as outlined in the workflow and it does help a bit. That upscaling looks really nice when it lands properly, but it seems to only land properly on certain gens. Also, cum looks kind of weird on a lot of gens in this version, seems to help to put 'milk' in the negative prompt. It seems like this version leans more into the 'artistic' side of SDXL than your previous versions, which seemed to lean more into actual NSFW training data. Either way, it's a great model as usual, and having lots of fun with it. Sent you my money and have no complaints
Hello! Thanks a lot for the feedback.
Regarding SeedVR - are you using a lower quant or the 'sharp' variant? Sometimes those versions can introduce artifacts. You could also try opening the SeedVR subgraph and tweaking the "Film Grain Effect" inside - adjusting that value up or down should help quite a bit.
As for the "cum looking like milk"... that’s news to me! I'm not sure why it would render like that (though I did intend for it to be less than crystal clear), but I'll definitely look into it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
I'm using the 16GB variant defaulted in the workflow, already had it installed. (5090). I'll check the subgraph, nice tip. I think the cum problem might have to do mostly with lighting, as with everything else, it's limited by your prompts. It looks better in darker scenes, and closeup, seems to be an issue mostly with more brightly lit scenes and full-body photos. Having played with the model a few days though, I am definitely getting a lot more body horror with this one. When a gen lands, it lands really well, but it seems like I go through a lot of duds compared to earlier models. I've tried what I can think of, playing with sampler settings, CFG settings, baseres, but it just seems inherently a bit more touchy and tempermental than previous models. Sometimes though, you can land a 1536x1536 gen that comes out perfect, and it lands really well. It's definitely a great addition to my model collection, and I love the creativity it has. I know at one point you mentioned you were working on Chroma, are you still working on that? Chroma is a very capable and underrated model.
Thank you so much for your hard work on V8 and all other Versions!
After a lot of testing, it truly feels like a massive step forward for SDXL.
Overall, it is a fantastic checkpoint that consistently delivers high-quality output with great prompt adherence, appealing styles, and different faces.
- Both SFW and NSFW generations for women work perfectly, and SFW men look great as well.
- However, getting a good penis/NSFW results for men and tgirls is a bit trickier out of the box and requires some extra prompting effort.
Nonetheless absolutely a legendary model!
thank you for the feedback, appreciate that!
currently i'm adding more solo male pics and more close-up penis pics to make it easier for such use cases!
Anypointers on how to get the best output using reForge/etc ? I keep hitting/missing. For me Endgame works better, but I want V8 to work...
To be able to help you with that, I would need more details.
What settings are you using (resolution, sampler, scheduler, cfg)? Do you use highres fix, ADetailer? What exactly do you mean by "hitting/missing"? Unfortunately this is too vague.
@coyotte understood - I'm just used to Endgame being "so good". Now I'm moslty testing like DPM 2M SDE Karras - abt 40 steps, 4 cfg. I do NOT have Adetailer, but I do hires after with like Siax200k.
@anderspass957Â okay, sounds right (although the missing adetailer might be a problem for some gens, as it's almost a "must" for SDXL). What kind of problem are you having? Bad quality of the faces on distant shots (rendering issue)? The model doesn't listen to your prompt at some concepts (adherence issue)?
waited for v8 to come out... did a few tests and for me the model is broken af... bad results 99% of the time even with coping your prompt and settings... i dont know why. didnt get the check adherence too much since even a simple prompt was such bad results....
the image you've send doesn't have workflow attached, so I am unable to dig into the details. Even so, I see that your resolution is 702x906, which means:
1) You aren't using a native resolution for SDXL.
2) You aren't utilizing highres fix (upscaling pass which is then ran through a sampler with lowered denoising). It
Try improving these 2 points, then let me know how it goes.
@coyotte i copied the prompt from your image as is, and rendered, the crop is just screenshot for the pasteboard not the final image size... i ran on a standard sdxl res tried a few even
@murda In that case could you share the UI, sampler, scheduler, seed, CFG, and resolution you used for that image? I need those details to reproduce your results on my end.
Have you tried generating at 1536 resolution? That resolution was introduced in that version, it is arguably the biggest change from older versions. Have you tried generating with DMD2 lora?
I really want to figure out what's going wrong in your case so I can help. Since many other users (and I personally) are getting great results, I'm quite puzzled by what's causing this for you. Let's look into it.
@coyotte Can confirm, I generate on 1344*1664 and the results are straight fire 🔥 Very sharp textures and definitions. Haven't done much generation on 1024, only a few but these were great as well
ok i tried again, (previous tests were dont in foocus now i used forge) using the same prompt from your photo, 20 steps cfg 5 same seed, dpm++ 2m sde kerres no lora no dmd2 (with v7 i got good results with these settings fyi)
rendered 3 images at 896x1152 / 1024x1408 / 1344x1664, last one was.
only largest size was decent enough i uploaded the pngs to the pasteboard
1: https://www.pasteboard.co/QmKPvpmtFKQu.png
2: https://www.pasteboard.co/ILLWs-TDpv9Y.png
3: https://www.pasteboard.co/3V56EwLjQmHD.png
i then did a few more tests with the last resolution with my prompt and results were even worse, i put a screenshot crop so you can see the details in the hands and feet how they are distorted. this didnt happen to me with v7 at all with about the same settings..
i dont know if its broken for me
https://www.pasteboard.co/Eb1od8I6kh5V.png
btw i tested it with inpaint also in foocus and results were pretty bad,
btw since i use forge on bnb-fp8 to speed things up usually i tested it without it also in a few render sizes and the resutlts were there same, also in foocus which doesnt use the bnb-fp8 results were pretty much the same, sometimes better sometimes worse :S
i dont know if its the version i got or something wrong i do because with v7 and other models i did not have these artifacts and distortions
https://www.pasteboard.co/kgQnKYJaO3uI.png
@murda, thank you for sharing the workflows and files. That clears up a lot. After testing your exact metadata in Forge, here are my findings:
1. Even when using your exact PNG metadata and seed, I am unable to reproduce the "broken" results you showed. The outputs I’m getting are significantly better and very different, which suggests there might be an environmental difference or a specific setting in your UI causing the degradation.
2. You are using 20 steps, which is very low. The model continues to improve up to 30 steps, only after that point you see diminishing returns.
3. You aren't using Highres Fix. Why? I'll keep repeating that it's crucial to use highres fix with SDXL models for the best possible results and ALL of my models are made with that in mind. I don't train or evaluate models based on how the first pass looks - I only care about the final, polished output after the second pass.
V8 is trained on 1536px for improved detail. Especially with this version generating at low resolutions without an upscale pass makes little sense and ignores the very core of what this version was built for.
Here is a batch of 6 images #1: 896x1152 (Your settings, but with 30 steps). The top-left image uses your exact seed; the others are from the same batch. As you can see, the base results are already different. Even withough the highres fix, the images look just fine for the first pass.
No Highres Fix: https://ibb.co/BKFnG2NR
Highres Fix On (Upscale 1.35x, Denoise 0.45 but it might be a good idea to use up to 0.55, 4x NMKD Superscale, no ADetailer): https://ibb.co/pjJd41rq
Batch of 6 images #2: 1344x1664 (Same seed).
No Highres Fix: https://ibb.co/svbBrWf1
Highres Fix On (Upscale 1.2x, Denoise 0.45): https://ibb.co/CpJnqSK1
Yes, some images have some minor flaws, but that is expected - the 1536 resolution is still fresh for that model and it needs a bit more training to be perfect. This model handles these resolutions without the blobs of "body horror" or mangled anatomy that most other models would produce. Some seeds will be better, some will be worse - it's not like this model stopped being affected by SDXL architectural flaws suddenly.
I'm providing batches of 6 images to show that I'm not "cherry-picking". If I knew the model was underperforming, I wouldn't have released it. I approach my work with a perfectionist's obsession, and I want to make sure you're actually seeing what this model is capable of.
@coyotte bro thank you very much i do appreciate your work and of course it goes without saying i wasnt trying to diss you or the model.
i see that with the hires upscale it renders better, i will do some more tests with foocus maybe with the upscale.
the thing for me is that i felt like its worse then v7.
i will do more tests and get back to you with results if they will be better.
thanks again
@coyotte wait, so they are running 20 steps with no highres.fix or adetalier... and actually expecting a z-image-level quality? 🤯 mind blown! what could possibly go wrong? ðŸ¤
@murda Please let me know how it goes. I really want you all to have a smooth experience with it.
@lunaxo Maybe they're just new, or perhaps they've gotten too used to skipping these tools with Z-Image or Flux Klein. It's frustrating for me too that SDXL still relies so heavily on these tools, but that's just the reality of the 4-channel VAE limitations.
I'm working on porting Lustify to Z-Image, so hopefully, these extra steps will soon be a thing of the past.
@lunaxo bro with v7 and other models like jedpoint real i get awersome results, of course adetailer is needed for faces but overall results thats what i am talking about. having sharp and high quality renders yes even at 20 steps for tests, for final renders i use 30 :)
Been trying out V8 now for a moment. 30 steps, 4-5 CFG, karras or exponential, 1.5x latent upscale and then second pass with same settings but denoise 0.6.
Most of the results are incredible, i really enjoyed V7, but this ones even better! Great work!
thank you so much, I appreciate the feedback! Glad it works well for you
this finetuned into a allready good klein 9b model like biglove could be the gold standard for the next years. you guys should do a collab
I don't think that would be possible. Me and Subtle have pretty different views on many aspects. Also, I'm not interested in Klein architecture after the failed attempt to finetune the 4b one. 9b would be more forgiving to finetune, but it's licensing is terrible for long-term development and I don't want to violate it.
It's either Z-Image, which I was about to start training, or the new wonder Ernie-Image (I'm yet to give it a try to make a conclusion).
why are people trying to rely on CivitAI for income...
It's interesting that someone with 70 loras under their belt would question why creators value their time and resources.
Not every model is a weekend project. Developing a high-fidelity checkpoint involves massive financial investment in compute and months of R&D. For the record, I released every version up until V7 for free without any Early Access. But as the scale of these projects grows, 'good vibes' are no longer enough to keep the GPUs running.
If you're fine doing that for free, that's your choice - but don't mistake a lack of professional overhead for a lack of common sense.
Cos they can.
Not to be an ass but i don't understand it either. There is no issue with it actually but what i don't understand is putting it on site generation only and make people wait another one week despite it's literally dormant and nobody uses on site. Glad i had to buzz to get it early but don't expect it to be some mind blowing model.
@chrisss1Â Please don't be one of these people. I don't understand the drama. If I had just made the Early Access 3 weeks long from the start, nobody would be complaining. But because I split it into 2 weeks EA + 1 week on-site, even though it's literally the same 21 days, suddenly it's a problem? I've said it before, and I'll say it again: this schedule was announced on Day 1. Fuck, it's in bold red, there is no way to miss it unless you chose to.
And if 'nobody uses on-site,' then what does it matter to you anyway? You already have the model via Buzz, so just enjoy it and let the schedule run its course. There's no reason to add to the the negativity.
@coyotte I am not being one of those people and i am free to criticize things. I know this from the day one and i saw it, don't worry. I put myself in those peoples place who are not able to get it either with buzz or real money so they have to wait for 3 weeks. What is the point of making it 3 weeks if you can just make it 2 weeks? This brings only one question to the mind, you did put it on site generation for 1 week more after the 2 week early access so people who want to get it can get it via your boosty or whatever. So instead of calling everyone being "negative" just accept the fair criticism and act like it.
@chrisss1Â Okay, let me address your fair criticism point by point.
1. You ask why I made it 3 weeks instead of 2. Why not 1? Why not zero? The answer is simple: because it's my product, and 21 days is the schedule I decided on. There doesn't have to be a master plan.
2. You assume the on-site week is some psychological trick or a malicious conspiracy to break people's patience and force them to my Boosty. If my goal was to force people to pay, I would simply put the model behind a permanent paywall instead of giving away a massive R&D project for free at the end of the not so long wait. Like, I spend 200-400 hours of my personal time per version refinining datasets and captions by hand, creating various scripts to optimize the training and models, dialing the training settings. That's whole-ass 2 months of 9-5 dayjob worth of time. Are you seriously implying I don't have the right to do as I please when I invest so much into it?
3. The real irony here is your sudden change of heart. You got the model via Buzz, you have local access, and initially, you had only good things to say about it. But the moment the crowd got loud about the 1-week wait, you suddenly flipped, started nitpicking, and decided to play the 'white knight' for the people who choose to act entitled instead of simply waiting. Sorry, that just looks like virtue signaling to me.
BTW, the restriction lifts in only 2-3 days depending on the timezone.
@coyotte I don't changed my feelings, i still support what you do and i like lustify and i don't white knighting anyone, it's just a common sense that a lot of people lack these days. But honestly, you can't even take criticism sometimes and answer people decently and act entitled. Whatever makes you sleep at night man after all, we all want to hear solely good things right?
@coyotte honestly nothing against you personally taking advantage of a system that encourages you to make money off this,
i just hate the idea of AI being for profit. unless you can prove that your entire dataset is using images and photos that you have 100% creative license and ownership over. otherwise i feel it should be free and open source from the beginning with no way of selling generated images because if a dataset is trained on someone else's images and art, nobody should be able to profit off it but the artists and photographers and people in the photos
you don't have to agree, you can steal art for profit, there's nothing wrong with that (which is the part i hate)
@chrisss1Â well, I value this guy's (as well as other's) work so I bought it in early access, it's not like it costs thousands of $, instead of complaining why don't you train a model yourself?:)
Could you upload this magnificent checkpoint on tensor.art ?
Of course, I will do so on April 20th
done
@coyotte thx so much sir, i only able to generate on tensor. cheaper membership on there hehe
So many entitled kids here who are illiterate. It's all in the description and the comments, but they choose to ignore it just to have something to cry about. Mad respect to the creator for having the nerves to deal with this level of stupidity. Wake up people, the restriction is only for one fucking week, not a month. @coyotte had warned us about that since the first day the model was uploaded. Get a grip.
I don't. I just realize that even if I created a model that made literal gold out of thin air, there would be people complaining that 'the gold is too yellowish'.
Thank you though!
One thing i notice about Lustify checkpoint models is that it seems like lacking the muscular women and women with toned bodies in the dataset. Unless you force it with multiple tags like muscular female, toned body, athletic etc it doesn't do well.
That is true. I might need to work on that aspect. Didn't know if there would the demand for that
@coyotte Would be great, i appreciate for your consideration :) Yeah there is people like myself into fit women.
@coyotte if that is going to mess up the current style, please don't. There's a ton of models biased towards curvy and muscular girls... please, don't ruin this gem.
@VonLemberg I don't think this will affect slim/petite girls that much. Usually it's the styles that can bleed onto different concepts even when not prompted. Of course there would be a ton of evalution done by me to make sure everything is balanced right before releasing
@VonLemberg fr OP comment is basically "the model won't do what i want until i put in a tiny bit of effort to get what i want" - not an actual issue imo
The best ever. Working great on Forge Neo
thank you, nice to hear that you're having a good time with it!
Great model, I merged this with my Anime project and love the effects I get from it.
Felloy coyote, any plans for a new lustfy inpaint model?
it's up!
what ratios works best for portrait with 1536p? i use 896x1152 for 1024p, which is good for standing and lying positions too.
1536 x 1536
1344 x 1664 / 1664 x 1344
1280 x 1920 / 1920 x 1280
1152 x 2048 / 2048 x 1152
