咨询过律师，理论上来说，用来出图的模型只有一种情况能宣称有版权，就是模型训练者从0开始的所有训练图都有版权才可以，只要里面夹杂了任意一张没有版权的图，出图没有任何人可以宣称拥有版权。
You don't belong on this platform if you want to make fake threats about copyright to scare people. There is no "Trigger word" bs possible. This is a LORA not a base model, you can't claim copyright.

lol.... lmao even. SCOTUS has already ruled you cannot copyright an AI generated image, therefore any image your model generates is also not copyrighted, and not owned by anyone, including you. Furthermore, if you trained using images which are copyrighted but not owned by you, you have even less of a claim to anything it produces. Even MORE, you have no embedded special trigger words "to prevent theft".
Even without these damning facts, it would be like Adobe saying "anything created by Photoshop is owned by us"... or same with a company that makes canvases and paint brushes. Which is all just as ludicrous as your claim.
