Strength: ~1 should work fineI suggest adding the other prompt words (if applicable) to help the AI get the look right. PonyXL also tends to automatically put the woman looking up into a kneeling position. You can avoid this by adding "standing" to your prompt and "kneeling" to your negative prompt, increasing the weight as necessary.

Is there no LORA where men stand and women kneel or squat?
I assume you mean this same pose but with the woman kneeling instead of standing? That's a pretty easy pose to achieve with Pony with tags like "pov, from above, kneeling". This LORA was designed specifically to avoid kneeling since it's so much harder to get the woman standing while the POV looks down at her, but despite that, if you include "kneeling" in your prompt you should still be able to achieve that pose with this LORA because Pony is so well-trained on it.
@alxpnt2 The effect is not good. When using a certain prompt, men will also be affected. You want women to squat but men will squat too. You want women to kneel but the picture will be weird.
@alxpnt2 What I hope is that men will remain standing from beginning to end, and no prompts will affect them.
