edit: saw that a few of your preview pics have it but most have the same facial express as the bully victim
its really hard to create different facial expressions in one go. tried to fix it with inpainting
It is possible to choose different faces and different expressions with Adetailer. Just write for each of the three characters the descriptions separated by SEP. It is not needed in the main prompt. I also tried and works on realistic checkpoints but the body size is anime style, therefore not very realistic.
@MyIA i think i have to create a seperate depth map for training, because all my depth maps have anime proportions

I'm collecting images for a similar concept lora.
Assisted exposure , but for pants and panties. Where the "assistant" are either sitting or stand up
i recreated the scene with https://app.posemy.art/ and used depth model of controlnet to generate the training images with the help of the user which requested the lora.
i also plan additional poses with this context
