Use "leaning on a wood post" or just "woodpost"
can add "bindingsonhands" for mitten effect
Not particularly reliable with some prompts.
It doesn't like it when clothes are prompted for too strongly, can up the strength to perhaps 1.2 or use a depth control net if needed.

Add "tied to a pole" to back end of the prompt, that worked for me.
I thought from the thumbnail the first pic was a girl on a doctor's scale. That would be a nice LoRA to have.
