PRINCE = Iconic Musicians Series
.
Prince Rogers Nelson (born June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016), commonly known
as PRINCE, later called "The Artist Formerly Known as Prince" , " The Artist ",
and as a unpronounceable symbol (later named "Love Symbol #2"),
was a singer, guitarist, songwriter, producer, dancer, piano player, drummer,
bass-player, (also played 27+ other instruments), who was among the most
talented American musicians of his generation.
Some people consider him the Mozart of the modern era.
.
Prince was one of those rare composers who could perform at a professional
level on virtually all the instruments he required, and a considerable
number of his music recordings feature him in all the performing roles.
He was also known for his wide vocal range, which included a far-reaching
falsetto, high-pitched screams to a low baritone, and often performed rapid,
seemingly effortless shifts of register. As a performer, he was known for his
flamboyant style, professional showmanship and an androgynous persona.
.
Taking an early interest in music, he began playing the piano at age 7 and
had mastered the guitar and drums by the time he joined his first band
at age 13. By the time he was 19 he had signed a record deal with Warner Bros,
which considered Prince a musical prodigy.
His recording career began with funk and soul styles which also reflected the
contemporary musical impact of disco music from the 1970s era.
Prince produced his albums himself, also pioneering the "Minneapolis sound",
where he lived.
His music incorporated a wide variety of styles, including funk, R&B, rock,
heavy-metal, blues, new-wave, soul, synth-pop, pop, jazz, hip-hop, film
music and classical... just to name a few !
.
Maintaining a prodigious output of new music and new albums came easy for him,
which he wrote both the music and the lyrics (!), but due to his recording
contract he could not put them all out to the general public. Much of his
new songs went locked away into his home private safe-box and many other songs
were given away as gifts to his music friends. Many of which had great success
with Prince´s songs. His musical output was so much that he even started many
other bands, just so they could play his songs, but keeping his real name a
secret from the public, often using fictional names such as "the kid", "the purv",
"Alexander Nevermind", "Christopher Tracy", "Jamie Starr", "Joey Coco",
and so many other aliases.
.
Other interesting facts about Prince...
Despite his rather diminutive stature (he measured only 5 ft. 2 in.) he was
an extremely talented basketball player.
.
Prince wrote more songs than The Beatles, with a back catalogue that expands
to over 600+ registered tracks. Many of which are still unreleased.
Over the course of his career, Prince released a whopping 39 studio albums.
Upon his death, the contents of his vault were assessed and it was determined
that the prolific songwriter had amassed enough unreleased material to make an
album of new music every year for the next century.
.
You would never have found Prince at home listening to his old albums.
“ I make a statement, then move on to the next,” he once said.
.
Prince is reported to have often stayed awake for days on end when in the
studio working on music and new albums. No surprise, given his gigs often
went on into the early hours and after the stadium concerts, he went to
play for a few fans in private after-show parties.
.
After listening to "Purple Rain" soundtrack, the wife of a US Senator, became
so outraged over the sexually explicit lyrics to some songs, which references
masturbation and other sex acts, that she felt music should, when necessary,
carry a warning label to let parents know what they're buying for their children.
To do so, she founded the Parents Music Resource Center, which put pressure
on the record industry to adopt the label. In 1985, the RIAA agreed to put
a "Parental Advisory" label on music album releases at their discretion.
.
As Prince once said,
"You decide how you view the world each day. Choose to make it inspired.
There's always a rainbow at the end of every rain. "

I used 60 well prepared high-resolution images (some fixed in Photoshop),
with many face expressions, hair styles, clothes, even a purple motorbike.
Images used were when he was around 20 to 50 years old.

Images were Trained on the original Stable Diffusion v1-5-pruned.ckpt,
to 3000 steps, one image at a time for better results.
.
For Best results use LoRA weight parameters at = 0.7, 0.8 , 0.9
You may test other settings while using different Checkpoints for a better
A.i. image render, and for Ai-realistic-Photos or Ai-Artworks.
As usual, the less weight number , the less it will look like him.
