Beautiful concept! Hourglasses are one of the most aesthetic objects ever invented, like gyroscopes.
The images look a bit squished, as if they hoped to be in portrait mode :D
Ok, I’ll keep tinkering with it and see if I can fix that
So you have an example of how it’s looking on your end?
@theprotoartent677 Oh no, I just said that because of the showcase images. Maybe it just looks like that to me. Nothing that needs fixing, no worries :)
@redpinkretro I realize I should probably throw it through a high res fix and a few other tools in post before i release it. I think there’s a lot of folks who are under the impression many images on this site are straight out the box and don’t pay attention to the amount of LoRas or post editing done 😅. Not necessarily you but I have gotten comments in the past along those lines
@theprotoartent677 Yeah, it really gets distorted easily unless you really open an image in a new tab. In most workflows I use the first pass only, so the resolution is ~1k, but some of my actual generations go through 3 passes, potentially some adetailers, maybe supir on top, end up in about 2k x 2.5k res and look amazing, if you open them in a new tab that is..., but look pretty much the same next to other image cards in a gallery.
The amount of passes and process-tools(adetailer, upscale-model, supir, auraSR, etc.) as well as the actual resolution should be made a lot more visible imo. Maybe a special kind of frame around or badge on images that do not use anything and are "pure showcase generations", like a small certificate of no-BS honesty or something :D
@redpinkretro I agree would make it a lot easier to understand the workflow
Great concept but flawed lora. I have tried every scheduler/sampler there is. All I keep on getting is pure trash.
What are you using for your prompt?
