This is the Pony version of the Over the mouth gag on https://civarchive.com/models/527060/over-the-mouth-gag
It is trained on the same imageset, but using Pony Diffusion. The SDXL LoRA was already working in many cases (and I am quite happy with it), but I decided that training for Pony might produce even better results.
To use, add 'otm gag'.

Hey, this is looking nice.
I've been assembling a dataset for OTM gags that wrap around the hair (for less courteous abductions). I can prepare the images just fine, but I don't know how difficult it would be to train both the gag, and the many different types of hair it covers, all within the same LoRA.
Would be willing to share or collaborate on this one, as the majority of gags here on Civitai tend to conveniently disappear under hair.
Well, right now I won't be in a position to help, since August is a month for vacations. What I would suggest is first to assemble a pretty nice data base and then be very careful on the tagging. I have made only 3-4 LoRAs, here on civitai and one playing in tensor, so I can't be considered an expert. Sometime I might do a new cleave gag LoRA based on many realistic photos I have assembled, and there I face the same issue (since most cleave gags fit quite differently over the lips). I guess the answer is proper tagging...
An OTM gag that actually looks like an OTM gag. Color me impressed.
Something happened and now I can't make the big OTM gags like I used to.
Oops! I haven't made any changes. Can it be the changes on the civit generator? I also noticed smaller widths in the illustrious variant but I suppose it might be something related to the checkpoint or the other LoRAs. Can you share/point to a couple of test prompts?
@zkrd seems to be working properly again. Before the gags would be too small or they'd cleave or they'd show as a ballgag.
