These "strong style" Models are intended to be merged with each other and any model for Stable Diffusion 2.1
I recommend merging with 0.5 (50/50 blend) then using prompt weighting to control the Aesthetic gradient.
example merged model prompt with automatic1111:
(BlackHole:1.2) (yourmodeltoken:0.8)
if you drop the "djz" and the "V21" what remains is the token you need to call up the concept in the model. All examples shown were the Raw Token, no other words. Tokens are case sensitive and in almost all models it will match the filename.
It is possible to merge these models with each other using a different value. It is possible to pair models and then merge those resulting models. In this way we can blend abstract concepts together and then weight the tokens to achieve the result we may wish to create. Of course to eliminate all those tokens, you can simply train a new custom model from the outputs, which means you are back to a single token.
A video explanation will follow, but for now the above explanation should do. We are focused on getting as many style/aesthetic models into artist hands to enhance the creativity already at their finger tips.

I suggest fine-tuning the training with a focus on images that feature gravitational lensing, and get rid of the ones with hard edges and/or sand dunes, etc. I got the same type of results until I started doing img2img of various concept arts of black holes. The AI wants to create an image that's face-up, so the images I used were mostly from the side. The result was a much nicer blend.
here's a couple of of the results I got with midjourney a ways back:

a similar one with a minor change in the prompt:

I hope this helps!
While those are nice, we are not trying to use 6 images in our prompt with midjourney, we try not to use other images from other sources, this helps to keep the images 100% our own creations. Also while personally I did enjoy Interstellar, that is one interpretation of how a black hole should look. This is almost too restrictive and would be merged into any mix. I hope you understand that these models are designed for mixing with TI+LORA+Hypernets and merging with multiple other models, sometimes this might not be so straight forward as to stay in the "Astronomical photography" categorization. I know that Johnson makes considerable efforts to keep the models "interoperable" and we have to strike a balance between rigidity and variability. I hope you can see that those are opposing terms.
However that being said, Those are some excellent image you created and they do look stunning !! Please don't mistake what i said above as criticism, it's merely a quick/brief explanation of the intention behind this model :D afaik Johnson has over 25k gens in MJ, i'll bring your post to his attention ;)
I mean, my point is that what you have right now looks limited and the sources I used (or similar options) would increase the variety of posibilities available to you.
Also, none of the reference images I used were from midjourney. I found them with google. I just looked again, and there are actually even more images of this type now when I search for "accretion disc"
Only the results are made by midjourney, and those are meant as proof-of-concept.
And yeah, sure, that is one interpretation of how a black hole should look, but your argument is double-edged and you're kind of pigeonholing yourself into the same thing but on the other side of the spectrum here. Instead of that, why not add more data and mark it so you can include different descriptors for different interpretations?
Also, informational: here's what NASA says: https://svs.gsfc.nasa.gov/13326
Main things about black holes are that stuff orbits them, so whirlpool-ish theme going on, and they shoot out astrophysical jets (cones of particles at relativistic speeds, very long). The accretion disc should also get steadily brighter as it approaches the event horizon as speeds increase alongside particle/cloud density and collisions.
@nashidaran you will see soon in the reviews the stuff that can be done with this, it's kind chaotic and moves away from the astronomy stuff. watch this space :D people share with me what they are doing but they take longer to put reviews up, so i know that what people have done will show that the uses are "unlimited". perhaps another model that is more interstellar is required? I'm not against making more, i'll mention this to DJ who makes the datasets for all these models! fear not! He Delivers :)
an easy example is if you want a Car coming out of a portal, you don't want the car to be warped by a lens distortion or astrophysical jets, I tried to allude to this, but its maybe easy to just state that. These models are made for merging and so that is the design brief here, interoperability with many models over photorealism as a single model.
@axsthxticroot Ah, I forgot to submit my edit earlier. made some changes to it.
But yeah, totally.
@nashidaran i think Johnson is collecting some more modern blackhole designs for a future model, as now he wants to find out what will happen if you merge that :D so it's in the works!
