Do not use VAE when using LoRA models!!!

first off, amazing work, we definitely need more LORAs in place of style specific checkpoints because of the size difference, and this seems amazing.
can I just ask about your process ? are you just producing high quality images using those checkpoints then creating a LORA trained on the output ?
I'm getting confusing results. Can you say what ckpt/safetensor you used to create your previews?
