The strength of Lora is recommended to be around 0.8.
There won't be any major changes, but I think it will make it easier for tears to flow. I feel that expressions other than crying faces are effective.

I don't have any plans. To begin with, I don't understand flux.

Thank for your work! I have used your lora with AutismMix SDXL (Pony) to generate training dataset, and have trained a flux lora using civitai training tools. The model is a test version, and is posted on https://civitai.com/models/663380.
