So, I was experimenting quite a bit and eventually found out that changing the lora strength, even disabling it with 0.0, resulted in the exact same image as can be seen in this post https://civitai.com/posts/524634. Now, beeple is already a keyword within sdxl and I'm by no means an expert, but could it be that the lora having the same keyword gets kinda completely overwritten by the base model or something? Confusing stuff.

XL is still a mystery to me. There are 2 text encoders and I don't quite understand the impact of each of them on the prompt and trigger from the model.

Just restarted the whole thing, and will try the simple prompts (just lora and trigger) of other loras. I'll keep you posted. Unfortunately civitai extension is recalculating all the hashes of all loras atm, so that might be a while. :p

Can you do the same test with this lora on your end maybe? Could still just be something weird going on on my side only.

Bad news: I tested your sdxl audrey kawasaki, filip hodas and gabriel pachenko loras and none of them had any impact on the image. As you can check on the respective lora pages, it is as if they aren't there at all. Just the "artist style" without any lora call leads to the exactly the same result as with it. I also checked loras of other creators, like the greg rutkowski one by lykon, just to be sure, and those worked, so it can't by my setup, I think.

@Kappa_Neuro I now tried the mentioned sdxl loras in comfyui, including cute creatures and that did not work either. Strength 0 or strength 1, same picture.

@OneViolentGentleman Apparently, you have something with the SD or Comfy build. Because we tested it with several people and it works well. Even with the post that was above, everything works.

@Kappa_Neuro well, then let me give you some more to chew on. Here is proof that my setup is working just fine: https://civitai.com/posts/526728 The Frank Frazetta styled tiger clearly identifiable with lora strength 1 and it is clearly not Frazetta at all with lora strength 0, which disables a lora completely.

Another proof, that other loras work. Again, oil painting style of the lora is very obvious: https://civitai.com/posts/526828

And another proof, because all good things come in threes: https://civitai.com/posts/526983

Meanwhile your Jean Baptiste Monge lora does this https://civitai.com/posts/526744 lora strength 0 and 1 produce exactly the same image. Jean Baptiste Monge style is clearly identifiable, but only because he is part of base SDXL. The lora has zero part in it. It did not alter the image at all. The console does not throw any errors either.

Jim Mahford lora, same thing: https://civitai.com/posts/526751

If you tested your lora with multiple people, it should be easy for you to post some images using the exact same workflow, except for lora strength set at 1 and 0?

@OneViolentGentleman Now I checked again with this LoRA and really something is wrong. Absolutely the same results with and without LoRA.

@OneViolentGentleman Thanks for helping me notice.

I canceled the training of other models and will remove the existing ones from the queue

Did you come to any conclusion on this?

@zengonzo Yes, there were problems with the configuration file settings. I had to retrain all LoRAs

@Kappa_Neuro I'm glad, that you figured it out. I don't have much time at the moment, but I'm looking forward to trying them out again soon. 👍☺️
